On my breasts (E cup) the lace doesn't look nice, it slides down. I think this bra will be a good choice for A, B, max C cups. I recommend taking your own size or even one size smaller, because the fabric seems to stretch quickly. The bra is nice and comfortable, but it won't be good for jogging because is not holds the breast at all. I don't regret buying it, because it's looks nice and it's ok for walking around the house, but I don't know if I would buy it knowing what it is like. Anyway, it's very cool that it has bra pads and can be pulled out
